Today we remember PSD Titus who died in the line of duty on August 27, 1989. PSD Titus and his handler were responding to an armed robbery call that night. When PSD Titus caught one of the suspects, they were both struck by a vehicle. PSD Titus was rushed to an Emergency Vet Clinic but he did not make it. PSD Titus kept this city safe for two years.
